Newly Discontinued Pieces

Given that Rolex has replaced the previous generation of Daytona watches with the latest 126xxx series, all 116xxx Daytona watches have been discontinued. While several of the discontinued Daytona watches have updated counterparts, some do not. For example, the current Rolex catalogue no longer offers a Daytona watch with a meteorite dial.

In addition, some very popular versions, such as the yellow gold Daytona watch with a green dial (also known as the “John Mayer”), the white gold Daytona watch with a blue dial, and the stellar gold Daytona watch with a brown dial have disappeared from the lineup. The now-discontinued Daytona watches may command a higher premium on the secondary market.

That’s our overview of cheap replica watches & Wonders 2023 Rolex releases and discontinuations. Stay tuned for our reaction article where we will detail what Bob’s team thinks of these new Rolex watches.

While there are plenty of new Rolex releases and wonders to ponder for 2023, we also have to say goodbye to some discontinued Rolex pieces.

While one would expect Rolex to update the Rolex Milgauss watch collection in 2023, the entire collection has indeed been removed from the catalogue. This unique Rolex anti-magnetic watch with an identifiable illuminated bolt seconds hand and green sapphire crystal is now only available from the secondary market.

To make way for the aforementioned new Perpetual 1908 dress watch collection, Rolex fake appears to have discontinued the Cellini line. The Cellini Moonphase was the last model left after Rolex discontinued the Time, Date and Dual Time variants – but now we’ll have to say goodbye to the Cellini Moonphase as well.

While it is sad to learn that this line has been discontinued, you can still purchase pre-owned Rolex Cellini watches at Bob’s Watches.
