I don’t have a (.edu) email address, how can I sign up?

No worries! When your UConnection account was created, we generated a faux (.edu) email address username for you. We sent this email, titled “Welcome to UConnection”,  to the email address you provided on the contract. You can find your (.edu) address in this email, plus lots of other information.


I can’t find the Welcome Email. How do I get a (.edu) email address username?

We’ll send you a new one! Just fill out the information below with a request for the welcome email to be resent:

I don’t have a password for the mobile app.

To sign up for the app, we provide the faux (.edu) email address username only. You will create your own password. Please also select any class and major that you'd like.

How do I sign up for the Merchant Dashboard?

  1. Go to
  2. Click the bright blue “Sign Up Your Business” button in the middle of the screen. For security reasons, all of the information on the next screen must be information that is provided on the contract or we cannot give you access to the Merchant Dashboard.
  3. Fill in your First and Last name
  4. Your business name as it was written on the contract
  5. Business address
  6. Email address provided on the contract
  7. Phone number
  8. Create your own password
  9. Confirm the password that you created


How long until I can use the Merchant Dashboard?

It can take up to 48 hours for your Merchant Dashboard to be verified. You will receive a confirmation email that notifies you when you can start using it.
